Why are you passionate about working in insurance and/or risk management?
I’m passionate about working in insurance and risk management because it sits at the intersection of people, systems, and trust. Throughout my career in the insurance industry and education, I’ve seen firsthand how effective risk management protects not just financial outcomes, but individuals, families, and organizations during moments that matter most.
I've worked closely with complex processes, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional teams to improve how risk is identified, communicated, and mitigated. What motivates me is turning complexity into clarity—designing processes that are efficient, compliant, and customer-centered so people can make informed decisions with confidence.....
