Jill Hanna brings more than 30 years of insurance industry experience to her role as Senior Commercial Lines Product Manager at Encova Insurance. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of positions spanning personal and commercial lines underwriting, operations, risk management, distribution, and product management. Hanna earned her CPCU designation in 2013 and holds additional designations including AU and ASLI. She spent the majority of her career working in Maryland handling the Mid-Atlantic states before relocating to North Carolina in 2021.

Lauren D'Albero has more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background in compliance and government relations. As Manager, State Relations at Insurance Services Office, Inc., she is responsible for managing personal lines filings, coordinating regulatory inquiries and responses, and facilitating customer adoption of ISO personal lines programs. D'Albero earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University and her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. She obtained her CPCU designation in 2016 and her Associate in Personal Insurance designation in 2023.

Sharon Conner is a Product Director at Travelers with more than 30 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry. Her expertise spans multi-line underwriting, risk management, and product development across General Liability, Professional Liability, and Umbrella lines. In her current role, she designs, develops, and implements innovative insurance products, balancing compliance, profitability, and market strategy. Conner holds an MBA and numerous industry designations, including CPCU, CRM, CIC, ARM, ARC, AIM, and FLMI. She is also actively involved in mentoring emerging insurance professionals through the Travelers EDGE Program and serves on the Maryland Insurance Department's Producer Licensing Board.
