At a time where our industry is experiencing an impending talent crisis, further exacerbated by the Great Resignation during the pandemic, some generational groups remain overlooked by carriers. This cross-generational group is comprised of mid-level experienced professionals with 10-20 years of insurance expertise ready to transition into leadership and management roles; yet, they are the least engaged and cultivated. In this webinar, our panelist will give first person insight on strategies in their career path that helped them develop and transition into leadership roles. Our recruiter panelist, Tony Canas, will also focus on providing market feedback on how this niche group can leverage their skills and expertise to efficaciously drive impact in their career.
