In2Risk 2025 Call for Proposals FAQs

In2Risk 2025 will be held the evening of Monday, Nov. 3 through Wednesday, Nov. 5 in New Orleans, Louisiana. In response to our attendees’ feedback and post-pandemic lifestyle changes, In2Risk 2025 will shift schedule slightly to allow attendees to better balance their professional activities with other aspects of their lives.

  • The 2025 event program will take place over two days instead of three, while providing the same exceptional educational and networking opportunities as past In2Risk events.
  • The 2025 event will take place earlier in the week, on Tuesday and Wednesday (similar to In2Leadership). This will allow more attendees to travel to and from the event during the work week.
  • For travel and planning purposes, a Welcome Reception for all attendees will take place the evening before the two-day event (Monday, November 3). Conferment will take place the evening of Wednesday, November 5.

In2Risk is open to all risk management and insurance professionals, including members of The Institutes CPCU Society.

Submissions are peer-reviewed and scored by Society volunteers and then reviewed again by the In2Risk Committee. The final program is co-created by The Institutes CPCU Society staff and the In2Risk Committee.

Successful presenters have:

  • Subject matter expertise (education, training, credentials)
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Strong teaching and/or public speaking skills
