Bonnie Guth is head of government affairs for Munich Re US P&C operations.  Prior to her current role, she held many positions in the Munich Re US law department and provided legal advice to many underwriting and business teams regarding their business, operations, innovative product development and strategic relationships. 

Bonnie’s legal career spans many years in private practice, including several years as a corporate attorney at Baker & McKenzie in NY, focusing on transactions, company formations, captive structures, regulatory issues, mergers and acquisitions and risk transfer products for the re(insurance) industries in the US and Bermuda. She has achieved several professional designations including CPCU, ARe and is an experienced design thinking moderator.

Bonnie received her B.A. from Brandeis University and J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.

Dan Foster, CPCU, ARM-P, CSP

Casualty Loss Control Expert 

Munich Re Specialty North America
 

Dan Foster serves as the casualty loss control expert for Munich Re Specialty North America. He is responsible for overseeing casualty loss control services for all Munich Re Specialty programs and insurable interests. He serves as an internal resource for underwriting, program administration, product development and marketing as well as a consultant to insured clients.

Dan has over 24 years of experience in specialty markets, public sector insurance and pooling for entities such as cities, counties, schools, and public utilities. In addition to loss control, Dan also has experience in program administration, workers’ compensation, self-insured fund management and claims administration.

Dan has a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Southern Indiana and has certifications in CPCU, ARM-P and CSP. He lives in Montgomery, TX and enjoys travel, outdoor recreation, sports and being a foodie.
