Based in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, Steve Fischl is a VP - Regional Product Leader in Personal Risk Services.

With over 17 years of expertise in personal lines insurance, Steve started his career in risk consulting at Chubb.  He then spent 10 years in underwriting holding various roles before moving into his current role, where he oversees product for the New York and Northeast regions for both profitability and growth.

Steve holds a B.S. from Muhlenberg College. He is accredited with the CPCU, ARM-E and ARe designations by the American Institutes for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.

Dar is an Underwriting Supervisor at State Farm Insurance Companies and is based in Bloomington, Illinois. Prior to joining the Underwriting Department, Dar was a Product Owner in the Enterprise Technologies department and an Underwriting Analyst in State Farm’s P&C department. Dar has also spent time selling insurance, both in P&C and Life & Health. In addition to serving on the UIG committee, Dar is the Chair of the Careers in Insurance committee for the Central Illinois CPCU Local Chapter. Dar received his degree in Finance from Illinois State University.
