Before joining The Institutes in 2008, she was a personal lines agent and an operations trainer for American International Group. 

Ms. Ciccione is a member of the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators and the Philadelphia chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. She holds a Master of Education degree in instructional systems from the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in communications media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Patrick is an accomplished claims executive, having successfully led analytics and digital transformation projects both domestically and internationally.  He has designed and implemented scorecards, dashboards, predictive models and built custom end-to-end solutions, all while delivering concrete results and maximizing customer experience.  Patrick serves as a thought leader and public speaker for the analytics and insurance communities.  He recently joined CLARA Analytics, a frontrunner in artificial intelligence (AI) technology for insurance claims optimization, serving various clients and delivering the latest advanced analytics and AI-based solutions.

Patrick has over 20 years of experience across analytics, claims, and operations.  He holds a B.S. in marketing and an English minor from the University of Scranton. He also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Claims and Associate in Insurance Data Analytics designations from The Institutes.  He was president of the Central Jersey CPCU Society Chapter in 2020 and currently serves on the CPCU Society’s Technology and Innovation Committee.
