Aaron Larson is a seasoned insurance executive and an actuary by background. He is the founder and chief revenue officer at DAIS Technology, Inc., a rapidly growing Insurtech company. Prior to DAIS, Aaron was senior vice president of strategic analytics at EMC Insurance Companies, vice president of analytics at Navistar, and vice president at W. R. Berkley Corporation. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Augustana College and continued his education at the prestigious Internet of Insurance program. With his deep expertise in the intersection of technology and insurance, Aaron is a sought-after thought leader and speaker at leading industry events.

Jason Gross

Jason Gross is an award-winning technology, strategy and innovation leader with over 25 years of experience leading organizations and transformation. In his current role as vice president and head of platform for ManchesterStory, Jason is leading efforts to accelerate the engagement between insurance carriers, “Insurtech” start-ups and the industry at-large. Prior to joining ManchesterStory, he served as vice president for a top P&C carrier leading corporate strategy, innovation, and business transformation. He is currently co-chair of the Global Insurance Symposium and a former vice chair of the Global Insurance Accelerator.

Martha DuCharme, CPCU, ARM, AIM  (Moderator)

Martha Ducharme has over 29 years of experience working in the insurance and technology industries and participates in vendor and industry conferences. Martha currently works for HOMEE as a senior carrier client account manager where she maintains client facing interaction providing business improvement opportunities and workflow assessment. Prior to HOMEE, Martha has worked as a multi-line claim representative and a branch manager for a top ten insurer as well as working for insurance focused data technology companies as an analytics account manager and in technical product consultation.  

Martha graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelor’s degree in insurance. She has earned the CPCU, ARM, AIM, AIC, AIS, AIT and AIDA designations.  Martha also earned her MBA from Capella University, a Master of Science in information assurance from the University of Detroit Mercy and is licensed for property and casualty in the state of Michigan.  She has served on the board of the West Michigan chapter of the CPCU Society, worked with AICPCU/IIA, is an alum of Gamma Iota Sigma, a member of ISACA, and supports community activities with a local AMBUCS chapter.  Martha served as a volunteer leader with the Information Technology Interest Group Committee/Technology and Innovation Committee through the National CPCU Society from 2011-2023. In July 2023, Martha joined the Legal and Regulatory Interest Group Committee through the National CPCU Society.
