What do you wish everybody knew about the CPCU Society?
If you want to broaden your network and knowledge, this is the place to do it. This business is a lot about your connections, and the people you need to know are involved in your local chapter as well as regional, national, and international events. 

CPCU Society members are passionate about their work. Some call this “geeking out” or being an “insurance nerd.” What have you been trying to get better at recently?
Making time to read business and industry publications. Also, I’ve been trying to get better at following up. I work in marketing, my office is not stationary, and with multiple offices, including a mobile office, chaos can ensue.

I’m a work in progress but am actively trying to get better at it!

Some people think there’s more to life than insurance and risk management. Tell us about something else you’re passionate about.
Of course there is more! So much more! I love to read, adventure, and travel. There is so much to see and do, different cultures to explore. I don’t know what I don’t know and I want to experience it all.
