The Institutes CPCU Society Leadership Council establishes a renewed strategic plan every three years that focuses on key goals, each with their own critical objectives. This plan is the result of listening to our members, the industry, and essential data. We believe it, along with several other governing documents, including our Core Values Statement, Diversity and Inclusion Statement, and more, help further our mission and vision while benefiting all members and stakeholders.
The Institutes CPCU Society has established and adopted a set of core values that represent our beliefs and principles as an organization. The Canons and Rules in the CPCU Code of Professional Conduct are essential for maintaining the integrity and reputation of the CPCU designation.
