This webinar from the CPCU Society Emerging Leaders Committee will showcase five different types of imposter syndrome and provide advice and tools on how to counter them. Presenters Emily Donnelly, Lauren Logan and Darcy Andrews will guide industry professionals who may feel out of their league or element in overcoming obstacles and facing challenges head on. This presentation will also preview the growth mindset, which will help set the stage for the next part of the Emerging Leadership series: Growth Using the Growth Mindset. The presenters want the audience to feel empowered and know they are not alone in their daily struggles to try to have it all. Effective leaders know to lean on their networks and admit they cannot do it all.
